Lord
I ask for Robert Wanner today as he serves Medicine Hat as MLA. As he
acts as the speaker give him wisdom, discernment, and understanding to rule
without partiality. Lord use his experience and his background to serve
all of us in Alberta. Strengthen his relationship with his wife,
children, and grand children. Use all his experience to better Alberta
for the good and use his compassionate heart. Thank you for all he does
for us in the province.
Robert E. Wanner was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, representing the constituency of Medicine Hat, on May 5, 2015. On June 11, 2015, he was elected Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. Born in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Mr. Wanner has called Medicine Hat home since 1972. He and his wife, Joan Emard-Wanner, have four children and 11 grandchildren.
