Today Jesus we pray for MLA Cortes-Vargas and thank You for
her leadership. We thank You for her ability to get people working together and
finding common ground – we ask that You continue to increase this gift. We also
thank You for her gift of administration and ask that this would be used to
serve others. We speak Your blessing and protection over MLA Cortes-Vargas
today.
Strathcona-Sherwood Park MLA, Estefania Cortes-Vargas, was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta on May 5, 2015. On March 8, 2016, Cortes-Vargas was named government caucus whip, the youngest government whip in Alberta to date and most likely in Canada.
