Pray that we may learn to honour
our leaders.
Father,
your Word is clear that we are to honour those in leadership. By your grace and mercy, direct us, as we
consider who to elect, to choose men and women of honour. Amen
Make
the Master proud of you by being good citizens. Respect the authorities,
whatever their level; they are God’s emissaries for keeping order… Revere God.
Respect the government. (The Message)
